− | Litter boxes are for kitties. After a kitty has finished eating from its kitty bed, the kitty will search for a litter box nearby. It will remind the player when it needs to use a litter box, indicated by the icon above its head. |
||
⚫ | |||
− | Once a kitty has used a litter box, it will have small black dots in it, (in older versions, smoke particles would come out of it). For a litter box to be cleaned, it needs to be right-clicked with a sand block. Hostile mobs are attracted to uncleaned litter boxes, so it is advised to clean the litter box occasionally. |

Template:InfoboxMob
Maggots are small passive mobs. They are one of the ten types of insects.
Spawning
Natural generation
Maggots spawn on grass and wyvern lair grass blocks at light levels of 9 or more with at least 2 block space above. They often spawn in groups of 4 during world generation.
Undead horses
Several maggots will spawn in the place of a tamed undead horse upon its death.
Drops
Maggots drop 0-2 slimeballs when killed. They also drop 1 to 3 experience when killed by a player or tamed wolf.
Behavior
Maggots wander around aimlessly, avoiding cliffs high enough to cause fall damage, and staying out of water. Like snails, maggots are very slow mobs. Unlike other insects though, maggots can't fly.
Trivia
- Since maggots drop slimeballs, this makes them a relatively easy source of getting them without having to find and kill slimes.
- Unlike maggots in real life, maggots in Mo' Creatures do not turn into flies.
