'''Crab Meat''' is a food item obtained by killing [[Crabs]]. It can be cooked by placing it in a Furnace, and then it becomes [[Crab Cooked]]. Crab Meat can be eaten to recover one hunger point, but it may give the player food poisoning. It is better off being cooked instead as it gives more hunger points.

Template:InfoboxMobFor the Skeletons in Minecraft armed with a Bow, see the Official Minecraft Wiki.

Silver Skeleton is a fast, undead hostile mob.

Spawning

Silver Skeletons can spawn almost anywhere in the Overworld at light levels of 7 or less.

Drops

Silver Skeletons have a chance to drop 0-2 Bones and a Silver Sword when killed. Sometimes they may drop more than one sword.

Behavior

When a Silver Skeleton notices a player, it will give chase towards them and attack. Silver Skeletons will take damage from Splash Potions of Healing like other undead mobs, and they also burn in sunlight.

Silver Skeletons can run as fast as Minecraft Wither Skeletons when in pursuit of the player.[1]

Strategy

Because Silver Skeletons are fast mobs and can keep up at your pace, the best attack strategy would be shooting them from afar on top of a pillar of blocks or from a distance with a Bow. If you lack a Bow however, any sword will work. Iron or better are recommended.

A Silver Skeleton has 25 (File:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Heart.pngFile:Grid Half Heart.png) health points, or 4 and a half hearts more than a Minecraft Skeleton, so the player should use a strong weapon, preferably a Diamond sword as it will finish them off in about four hits. If a Silver Skeleton is chasing you, it is best to keep your distance and strafe when attacking them.

Trivia

  • Even though Silver Skeletons carry two Silver Swords, they only drop one of their swords upon death, although sometimes they can drop more than one.
  • Silver Skeletons make the same bone rattling sound as Minecraft Skeletons.
